Serving a global menu with an eclectic range of fresh and satisfying dishes, Ethos offers everything from your morning coffee to vibrant, seasonal salads, right through to spicy curries, hearty Tuscan stews and creative cocktails.
The venue’s signature Hyderabadi Scotch eggs will appeal to all food lovers. Other dishes include Thai corn fritters; a Colombian crema de Aguacata soup; and the Lebanese green bean and tomato salad, loubieh.
Sweet treats feature indulgent cake balls, a lemon and raspberry posset and a Dutch‐inspired gevulde speculaas biscuits.
The menu will be complemented by a range of juices, cocktails and wines as well as carefully chosen coffees and speciality teas.
Sophisticated and contemporary, Ethos will boast silver birch trees, floor‐to‐ceiling windows, and a stunning interior design with neutral whites, blues and gold accents, providing an interior as fresh and zingy as the food.
