handmade burger Co operates 20 restaurants across the UK and are famous for their award winning burgers, which are handmade from traditionally reared, grass fed, 100% fully traceable prime Scotch beef.Their site in WestQuay will be their 21st restaurant for the brand, and the second in the South East.
Commenting on the addition of two more key brands to WestQuay’s dining offer, Chris Daly, Catering Leasing Executive at Hammerson, said: “WestQuay’s dining offer has been significantly enhanced over the last 12 months, and handmade burger Co and Subway add to our critical mass of offer, increasing the breadth and diversity of choice even further. Together with the recent additions to WestQuay’s fashion and lifestyle line-up, the centre has an offer unrivalled in the region.”

The news follows a strong year for WestQuay so far, with catering sales up 5.1% in September, compared to last year.
