Bookatable.co.uk has announced its partnership with high street burger chains, Ed’s Easy Diner and GBK, adding 71 new restaurants to the platform’s portfolio and making Bookatable the booking site with the most burger chains.
Six nationwide outlets of Ed’s Easy Diner’s new BBQ & Grill format and 65 GBK restaurants across the UK will increase Bookatable’s total number of chain burger restaurants to 125. Existing burger offerings available via Bookatable include BRGR.CO, Byron and Honest Burgers.
Dining out on burgers not slowing down
The trend of dining out on burgers shows no sign of slowing down which is good news for diners in London, the home of burger fans in the UK. The capital’s West End topped the table as the most popular location for picking up a patty, with West London the next favourite. Last year, over 21,000 Bookatable users dined out on burgers in those two areas alone, with BRGR.CO’s restaurant in London’s Soho the most popular, catering for 6,700 of these diners, and Byron making up three of the top five restaurants.

Saturdays are the most popular day, catering for 28% of diners, with Friday the next most popular day (19%) and Sundays just behind, accounting for 16% of covers at burger restaurants.
