Best Place Inns, the London-based pub & hostel group, has rebranded to Pub Love. The multisite, award-winning company launched their new brand at their summer party following months of submissions from staff. Working with creative agency Lunar Lemon Productions, Pub Love was chosen from over 400 suggestions with the contributing staff members receiving £500 cash.
Founded by Ben Stackhouse in 2007, the company operates boutique hostels above pubs and serves handcrafted artisan burgers (Burger Craft) in three of their sites. “Pub Love is about creating that unforgettable experience for our customers, guests and staff – one that they will fall in Pub Love with”, says Ben.
Burger Craft opens in Victoria
Burger Craft, the London burger concept developed and operated by pub & hostel group Pub Love, has opened its latest burger kitchen in Victoria in the White Ferry House pub. In celebration, the company will give away 50 free burgers every day in Victoria during their official opening week commencing Monday 7 July.
Burger Craft’s signature burger, The Juicy Bastard, was voted one of the top five burgers in London by Twenty Something London. This will be the company’s forth London burger kitchen opening in under six months.
Their most recent addition in Victoria goes hand in hand with an extensive refurbishment of the Victorian “flatiron” pub. The traditional English pub, which houses a boutique hostel above, will have both bars refurbished and all-weather umbrellas fitted outside.
Pub Love founder and managing director Ben Stackhouse says, “We’re looking forward to bringing our love of quality, indulgent burgers to Victoria.” The better burger concept, which differentiates itself by setting up home in traditional London pubs, also has permanent kitchens in The Green Man in Paddington and The Crown in Battersea.
