Adrian Martin to shake things up Home HouseThis autumn, Home House is delighted to announce that Adrian Martin will be joining the team as Executive Head Chef.

Adrian will bring over 28 years of experience to the role, having worked in senior roles at many of London’s top kitchens including Head Chef at the Rextail Restaurant and Executive Chef for the Birley group for five years, overseeing Annabel’s, Marks Club and Harry’s Bar.

Home House is well known for its exceptional food offering with two spectacular restaurants to choose from. House 19, which boasts south facing views over leafy Portman Square, offers a relaxed brasserie style setting and a classic English menu. The Octagon restaurant, located in House 21, reflects the modern design and eclectic nature of its surroundings, offering an Asian-fusion menu.

In addition to the restaurants, Adrian will oversee room service for the 21 suites and bedrooms, daily breakfast and afternoon tea served in the Drawing Rooms and House 19 restaurant and not forgetting the bar menu served in the opulent Bison Bar.

Andrew Richardson, Managing Director of Home House, said of the appointment, “As a chef by profession and having worked in kitchens across the world, I appreciate the challenging task that an Executive Chef takes on when they are appointed to this position at Home House.  Adrian has the experience and knowledge to both effectively manage the House’s many and varied food offerings as well as continuing to develop exciting menus and recipes to delight our member’s taste buds. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
