Grosvenor Casinos raises the stakes with new menu

Grosvenor Casinos has launched a new food and beverage offering: the menu focuses on a selection of new dishes from the grill, as well as sharing and grazing options that customers can enjoy in a unique environment, in keeping with the casinos focus on upscale casual dining.

‘From the Grill’

The new menu centres on its ‘From the Grill’ offering including succulent dry-aged steaks, all big in flavour, specially seasoned and cooked to perfection. As well as the classic cuts, there will also be a tender 12oz Porterhouse Steak served on the bone for all the meat-lovers out there.

Alongside the steaks, the menu includes some classic grill favourites such as a full rack of ribs and chargrilled burgers accompanied by a range of tasty toppings, to allow customers to add an individual twist to their meal.  Plus, diners at the casino will now be able to sample the delicious award-winning dish, Chicken Breast Stuffed with Goat’s Cheese & Peppers, created by Grosvenor Casinos Chef of the Year, Tom Kettless.

In addition, the revamped menu will include a selection of inspired dishes specifically designed for sharing including a meat feast of Mini Slider Burgers, as well as Meat and Mixed Sharing Platters.  The menu also offers a playful take on tapas with new ‘Sharing & Grazing Pots’ such as Smokey Pork Ribs, Crispy Calamari, Moroccan Lamb Kibbeh or Sweet Potato Fries.

Casual and friendly environment

Kevin Boyle, Head of Food & Beverage at Grosvenor Casinos commented: “Good food is only one element of what makes a fantastic meal.  It’s also about the company, atmosphere and overall dining experience.  Our new menu reflects this by focusing on the growing trend for great grills and sharing food, allowing customers to enjoy their food with friends or family in our casual and friendly environment.

“By taking a relaxed approach to dining in our casinos, we can create a warm and inviting atmosphere where the great tasting dishes from our new menu can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere in the casino.  Our focus on upscale casual dining will ensure both new and existing customers feel comfortable wherever they choose to dine, without distracting from our core casino offering.”

Prix fixe

Offering great tasting food that delivers excellent value for money is a big focus for the new menu with the inclusion of a ‘Prix Fixe’ menu.  Available from Sunday to Thursday, the ‘Prix Fixe’ menu gives customers the option to pick a main course from a reduced menu and add a starter or dessert for an extra £2 each.
