Restaurant group Prezzo has been named as one of the ‘1000 companies to inspire Britain’ in a report by the London Stock Exchange.
The report highlights some of the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized companies in the UK.
In order to be considered for the list, businesses must demonstrate positive growth in revenues over the past four years as well as ‘significantly outperforming their sector peers’.
Prezzo operates 277 restaurants across the UK (239 Prezzo and 38 Chimichang),employing more than 4,000 staff.
Its Chief Executive, Dirk Eller, said: “ We are delighted to be included in this report.
“It is great recognition for every member of staff within our restaurants and at head office and is testament to the excellent way in which our restaurants are managed.
“Prezzo has enjoyed excellent growth in recent years and this is highlighted by our inclusion in the report.
