They are one of the most iconic fixtures on the London hospitality scene. But now Bob Bob Ricard’s celebrated Press for Champagne buttons are to undergo a transformation.
To mark National Caviar Day on 18th July they will be replaced with a very special new version.
For one day only Press for Caviar buttons will adorn every table at Bob Bob Ricard. And with this Soho institution selling some of the finest Siberian sturgeon to be found anywhere in the capital, they are bound to be well used!
Enjoy the caviar ‘au naturel’, or served as an accompaniment to other classic Bob Bob Ricard fare, including Jersey Rock Oysters; Salmon Tartare garnished with cucumber, fennel & horseradish; Seabass Tartare with avocado, tomato, chilli, basil & lemon and Steak Tartare made with USDA prime Black Angus beef with foie gras.
Commented Bob Bob Ricard owner Leonid Shutov, “We may be famous for serving more champagne than tap water, but caviar is also one of the most popular dishes on our menu. We really couldn’t let the day pass without some sort of commemoration.”
