To celebrate the British Museum’s Sicily: Culture and Conquest exhibition, the Salt Yard Group restaurants across London have created a series of menus inspired by Sicily and its produce.
From 21st April – 14th August, guests dining at the Salt Yard Group restaurants can expect dishes such as Grilled Red Prawns with nduja and trompetta courgettes; Charcoal Grilled Lamb Cutlets with pepperonata, caperberries and cumin brown butter; and for dessert, Saffron Gelato with zabaglione and Sicilian fried pastry. Furthermore, guests can receive a 25% discount on entrance to the exhibition, and can also show their ticket or British Museum membership card to receive the complimentary Il Picciotto cocktail with Marsala Superiore dolce Curatolo, grapefruit, orange and prosecco when dining at the restaurants.
As part of the collaboration, Salt Yard Group and the British Museum are also offering newsletter subscribers the chance to win a private curated tour of the British Museum, followed by a meal at Salt Yard. Sicily: Culture and Conquest, sponsored by Julius Baer, is running at the British Museum from 21st April – 14th August.
