Marco Reick, People Director, LEON
LEON have taken another step towards creating a culture of wellbeing and personal growth as Marco Reick joins as People Director this week.

Marco was key to the successful growth of Bill’s, working there as HR Director for three and a half years. He joins LEON to support their 800-strong family as they commit to opening 50 new stores and hiring 1000 more people over the next four years following £19m funding from OakNorth.
Marco says, “LEON has an inspiring vision, one that I’ve admired as a customer for many years. I own all of their cookbooks. I am excited to be joining the team to help make LEON a place where people can live and eat well, grow and achieve. So much is already being done, and we are planning so much more.”
LEON are known for their focus on team wellbeing, training their head baristas in ancient martial art Wing Tsun to stay relaxed and holding bi-annual wellbeing retreats for their workers, which include practising yoga, meditation and receiving five-element acupuncture.
